    BlueDot is your all-in-one guided solution for your mental health and wellness.
  • I can’t afford mental health or wellness care, how does BlueDot help me with that?
    BlueDot connects you to communities who might want to cover your care expenses
  • How do I sign up? How do I know if I’m eligible?
    Anyone in the US can sign up by filling out the short form [here - link to sign-up]. We will be expanding to other countries as soon as possible and will keep you updated about that if you sign up. You do not need traditional health insurance coverage to become a member. There are no pre-existing conditions that would exclude you.
  • How much does it cost me as a member?
    The basic program costs $50 per calendar month.
  • What do I get in Basic care package?
    You get monthly credits of up to 150USD/mo to use with our practitioners on the app Immediate and daily mental health and wellness tips, and supportive recordings Live QA and community calls to help you learn about methods and use our services You guidance education about what method could help you and what is new in the field You get to choose from our vetted practitioners app and make appointments and pay through the app with the credits you can use
  • How is it possible that I could get so much more coverage than what I pay for through my membership fee?
    UWF/multiplier/community funded - multiplying what the members pay Circles/sponsors Unused credits are rolled over: they are returned to the community pot and redistributed over all members the following month.
  • Where is BlueDot currently operating?
    We are starting operations in New York City, NY and surrounding areas. Although a large part of our services will be provided online (both live and self-paced), we want to also be able to build out our network of on-the-ground practitioners. If you sign up, we will keep you posted as we expand our geographical and other ranges of operation.
  • What kind of services are covered?
    Certified practitioners vetted by BD, We focus on practices that members have found to be effective and that are not covered by regular health insurance.
  • How are practitioners vetted?
    They are certified by a vetted training company We hae set up a specific number of There is a client rating system that gives feedback on the quality of services
  • Can I see any mental health and wellness practitioner I like?
    If you have a favorite practitioner, you can ask them to join our network. Once we have vetted them you will be able to see them and use your credits
  • How do I get in touch with you about any questions?
    Our inbox is always open! Shoot us a message via support[at]bluedotwellness.io. Complaints or concerns about practitioners or practices, as well as about the BlueDot Wellness platform and organization itself, can be directed to concern[at]bluedotwellness.io, where your concern will be reviewed by independent professionals from the field of mental health and wellness.
